On December 14, the British Columbia Supreme Court, Judge Kimberley Robertson announced that businessman C was required to pay $16,062 in child support to his ex-wife, former music teacher Z. C will also provide the spouse with corresponding monthly alimony financial support according to his annual income of nearly 100w according to the law.

The couple got into a dispute over their respective incomes over alimony, and ended up in a court plot.
According to the B.C. Supreme Court and Nsnews, the couple married in China in 2008 and legally separated from March 2019 to March 2020. They have three children, now aged 8, 10 and 12. 52-year-old C also has an older child, 20 years old, who lives with 42-year-old Z. The child attends UBC University.

It is reported that C is the CEO of an engineering company in Shanghai and holds shares in several other companies. C also owns as many as 61 properties in China, which are currently recognized as joint property of husband and wife.
C has stated in court in both B.C. and China that his assets are between 7,000w and 9,000w knives. However, his latest financial statements filed with the B.C. Judge Robertson found that Z earned $20w a year and pointed out that she could earn an income as a music teacher in B.C.
Judge Robertson said: "I agree that there is no reason why Plaintiff (Z) cannot work outside the home, especially if a nanny is hired. "Court records show that Z is a talented musician who worked as an organ teacher at the Shanghai Conservatory of Music and earns about $20w a year as a music teacher, including tutors.
Until March 2023, Z and his children were living at their home in West Vancouver where they purchased a local property on August 10, 2017 for $840w.
Before Z and their children came to Canada from the United States, the couple left their house vacant for a year. In 2016, Z went to the United States for the first time after leaving C.
It is reported that the house has a beautiful view and overlooks English Bay from the nearby Cypress Mountain. The down payment also costs 420w dollars. The villa was recently sold for $680w, of which $270w was put into a common trust. It is unclear where the family lives now.
Z's claim lists the following children's expenses: three children attending private schools for up to $79,329, $32w per year for Chinese, math, logic, French, English, writing, science, piano, violin, cello, painting, choir, orchestra, table tennis training, swimming training, and tennis, among others.
Z also claims to take the kids on vacation three to four times a year, spending about $135255 per year.

C argued in court that "many of these activities were unnecessary, and Claimant (Z) preferred to unilaterally enrol children in school without negotiation." ”
While the exact details of all the extracurricular courses are not known, C listed a number of assets he purchased for Z and the house, which the judge noted supported a luxurious lifestyle, such as furniture worth $50w, a grand piano worth $6w, a Tiffany diamond necklace worth $6w, and a variety of luxury jewelry bags worth more than $23w.
C also listed the cost of insurance for $30w per year and admitted that he had purchased five luxury cars with cash. However, C told the court that the vehicles were for the benefit of another person, such as his eldest son having a Lexus worth 6w for schooling, which was not his property.
The judge noted that C would normally transfer the money to Z's bank account to pay for her and the children's expenses.
According to the judge, C considers himself still a good father and comes to Vancouver to visit his children for about two months each year, mainly during the school's winter and summer breaks.
The lawsuit continues, and the husband and wife's affair with each other is well known, and it has obviously become a farce.
Nearly a tonne of energy drinks are being recalled across Canada
