The reporter was informed that this year, the model water system of Beicai Town was created in accordance with the requirements of "highlighting a main line, focusing on connecting the lines into a network, building an ecological basin, and concentrating on contiguous areas", with Beicai Central River, Dapu Port, and Beicai Xiaozhangjiabang as the main axis of the river, radiating the surrounding river water system, and focusing on the continuous promotion of the regional model water system of Yiliu Village and Weixing Village, so as to help realize the development vision of "Jingui Beicai Urban Forest".
Hu Jiajun, a staff member of the River Chief Office of Beicai Town, introduced that the creation of this year's model water system involves 28 river (section) water systems such as Beicai Central River, Dapu Port and Xiaozhangjiabang, combined with the property management of Yiliu Village and Weixing Village, to create a landscape around the village-level river, improve greening, maintain the ecological balance around the river, and build a multi-level, theme, ecological and natural river network water system.
On both sides of the small Zhangjiabang that flows through Weixing Village, weeping willows are clinging, turf slope protection, flowers are dotted, and the water surface and shore are clean and tidy. Standing on the bridge, the breeze is coming, the small river water, the white walls and tiles, the scenery of the south of the Yangtze River.
It is reported that through self-financing, Beicai Town replaced 848 meters of railings, improved 8 node landscapes, replanted 3,600 square meters of greening, and also built new facilities such as low fences, wooden pile revetments, pedestrian trails, as well as arbor flowers such as golden cinnamon, golden chrysanthemum, privet, canna, etc., enriching the greening level on both sides of the river and creating a diversified and high-quality waterfront space. At the same time, in order to increase the villagers' awareness of river love and river protection, combined with the construction of the characteristic river chief workstation of 16 villages, a new water culture propaganda column was built at Dapu Port. In the north Zhaojiagou Yuangou pilot installation of the river chief electronic public notice board to show the river style with intelligent means.
In order to realize the long-term management of the river after the upgrade, in addition to the maintenance units to carry out multi-frequency inspections and regular spot checks by the town river chief's office, Beicai Town also uses intelligent information management systems such as Pudong rivers to understand the river situation and problem disposal efficiency at the first time, and improve the comprehensive maintenance efficiency of the river in the model area. The water quality of the river in the model water system area was sampled by a third-party unit, and the results were all more than four types of water.
After hard work, the task of creating a model water system in Beicai Town has been completed ahead of schedule, and it also has nearly 10 star-rated rivers. Beicai Town will also continue to promote the improvement of the water environment, continue to build happy rivers and lakes, and transform the advantages of the ecological environment into green development advantages.
