Na Keli, formerly known as "Ma Waili". It is said that the horse gangs who came down from the black peacock flat or from Simao had to rest overnight in the "Rongfa Horse Shop" in Nakeli. Later, the government built a "wind and rain bridge" more than 20 meters long, and since then "Ma Waili" has been renamed "Na Keli".
