Daya later chose to file a complaint at the Hong Kong Police Station, where the crime occurred, and Chen Jianzhou, a black man who was insinuated, accused Daya of aggravated defamation in Taiwan. After the Taipei District Prosecutor's Office summoned both parties to appear in court for two occasions and summoned 5 witnesses to help clarify the facts of the case, the investigation will not be prosecuted today.
The reason for not prosecuting pointed out that Daya's former agent testified in court that he had heard Daya confide in 2014 that he was harassed by blacks in a hotel room in Hong Kong, and was asked by blacks if he wanted to "loosen up (Hokkien)", and the former agent pointed out that Daya had reported being harassed by blacks more than once, and as long as there were similar issues during the cooperation, Daya would mention it again, and the former agent also said that he was uncomfortable with the blacks' actions of suing Daya, because Daya did not fake the plot described in the article.
The former agent of the black man and the current agent of Daya testified that he began to cooperate with Daya in 2017, and Daya expressed his reluctance to share the stage or work with blacks, and after constantly asking the reason, Daya revealed that when he was working in Hong Kong, he was harassed by blacks in a hotel room, and Daya was angry and choked up many times when he recounted, emphasizing that there was strong resistance and rejection of blacks at that time, and her legs trembled with fright.
The current agent also pointed out that once arranged for Daya to hug a male artist in close quarters on a certain show, Daya suddenly cried on the spot, and later said that he had a momentary emotional breakdown because he remembered that he had been harassed by a black man. The agent said that only then did he know that blacks had caused a big shadow of big teeth. Big Tooth told her before posting the PO article of this case, saying that the victims of the #Metoo incident are very brave, and she also wants to be brave for herself and forgive herself for her cowardice back then, but after Big Tooth posted, the business cooperation and business matching articles were suspended, and the black man's action of filing a lawsuit was in line with his underogable kingly personality.

The prosecutor believes that Daya did not post the article based on the intention of making something out of nothing or fabricating a fictitious intention, both parties admitted that they had no old grudge and dispute with each other, and a number of witnesses testified that Daya continued to mention being harassed by black people many years ago, which shows that Daya has considerable reason to believe that it is true, not deliberately fabricated hypocrisy, and there is no gross negligence or rashness, and the content mentioned in Daya's PO article is not only in the field of private morality, but also related to the public welfare, so Daya will not be prosecuted on the grounds of insufficient guilt.
In June this year (2023), Daya, Guo Yuanyuan and others indirectly accused blacks of having sexual harassment records in the past, among which Daya named "the boss at the time, Mr. Chen", when he went to Hong Kong with the work team to shoot a show in 2012, he forcibly entered her hotel room at night, jokingly saying "Relax", Mr. Chen hugged her from behind, pulled her down on the bed, and said, "If you try it, you won't like it", "No way, you Sister Fan Fan doesn't like this kind of thing very much!"
The work of the black man and his wife Fan Weiqi who was insinuated was affected, not only the black man asked to suspend the position of CEO of the P.LEAGUE+ league of professional basketball, but Fan Weiqi's concert was also affected and cancelled, and the black Fan couple originally filed a civil claim of 10 million yuan against Daya and demanded a public apology from Daya, and then withdrew the lawsuit, and the black man changed the lawyer instead, and filed a criminal lawsuit against Daya for criminal damage to his reputation.

The prosecutor first summoned the black man to appear in court in August to confirm the content of the complaint, and after the black man bowed to the media in the heavy rain after the trial, and showed confidence to the media before getting into the car, Big Tooth was summoned to appear in court in September, and after consulting a lawyer through Facebook, he decided to report the case to the Hong Kong Police Station, where the incident occurred, and the black man who had been silent in the public domain for a long time posted an article in October to promote the basketball game, and the result was washed by most netizens "Come on Big Tooth".
Although Daya did not accuse blacks of indecency or sexual harassment in Taiwan, because the whole case was about what happened to the two people in the Hong Kong hotel at that time, the prosecutor summoned 5 people, including makeup artists from the work team that Daya said, that is, girlfriends, to assist in testifying and clarifying the situation at the time, and then summoned the black man twice to appear in court, cross-comparing the statements of both parties, and after nearly 2 hours of court hearing, the black man only said that the investigation was not public, "I hope not to waste so many media and social resources, and find time to share it with you in the future."
