1: Soak the glutinous rice in water for one day, then steam and let it cool.

3: Next, fry the filling: a little more oil, first fry the meat foam to remove the moisture, then add diced sausages to fry and change color, and then put in mushrooms, bamboo shoots, carrots, and ham in turn to fully fry until fragrant, at this time, add cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, salt, chicken essence to taste, salt can be more, because you have to put glutinous rice into it later.
4: Stir-fry all the ingredients and put in the water for soaking shiitake mushrooms, then add glutinous rice, stir well over low heat, and make appropriate adjustments to taste the saltiness at this time. Finally, add the fried onion and let it cool.
5: Slightly thin the wrappers with a rolling pin to make them 1.5 times the size and thinner at the edges.
6: The filling is first formed into small balls with a spoon or hand, put in the middle of the dumpling skin, pinch the edges into folds, and then tighten it with a tiger's mouth, do not seal it in the middle, put a pea and corn as a garnish.
7) Boil, steam for 10 minutes. Finally, take it out and let it cool, put it in the crisper box, freeze it in the refrigerator, and take it out to heat it up when you eat.
