The price of the parking space sold by the developer was about 160,000 yuan at first, but there were not many owners who bought it. After the developer put all the unsold parking spaces on the ground lock, the owners complained, and later, with the intervention of the relevant departments, the developer removed all the ground locks.

According to the owner, at present, some parking spaces in the community are purchased by the owners, and there are many owners parked in the civil air defense parking spaces, but the civil air defense parking spaces are in the underground garage.
