Recently, the East Taihu Lake Tourist Distribution Center has completed the construction of the underground part of the structure, and is currently actively promoting the main project of the above-ground part. It is understood that the East Taihu Lake Tourist Distribution Center is a supporting parking building project in the East Taihu Lake Resort, which will create a public place that can not only meet the needs of large-scale parking but also full of commercial attraction for tourists and surrounding commuter residents.
The East Taihu Lake Tourist Distribution Center is bounded by Zhongxiu North Road in the west, Binhu Road in the north, Suzhentao Highway in the east, and Suzhou Bay Dream Water World only one street away. The total construction area of the project is 66,308.51 square meters, including 6 floors above ground and 2 floors underground.
After the completion of the project, it is expected that the number of parking spaces will be about 1,678, in addition, the project will also set up 7 bus parking spaces, 3 bus parking spaces, and set up charging pile parking spaces for new energy vehicles on the second and third floors of the above-ground part. Commercial space will be reserved on the ground floor of the project to provide complete commercial services for the masses and fully demonstrate the characteristics of East Taihu Lake's tourism and cultural resources.
It is reported that the East Taihu Lake Tourist Distribution Center will be officially put into use in the first half of next year.
