Lilac Talent Analysis found that unlike the rheumatology and immunology departments and oncology departments, which ranked highest in 2022, in 2023, the departments of dermatology and venereology, tuberculosis and plastic surgery will become the top three departments in terms of average salary, especially the tuberculosis department.
From the perspective of job seekers' submissions, orthopedics and anesthesiology have become the most sought-after departments in the medical industry, ranking first, rehabilitation and gastroenterology ranking second, and respiratory medicine has become the lowest ranked department this year.
The delivery volume of private hospitals and secondary hospitals has increased
In this year's autumn recruitment season, compared with public hospitals, private hospitals have also seen faster delivery growth. In terms of the number of deliveries, the delivery volume of private hospitals increased by 32.6% year-on-year, of which the proportion of job seekers with college and bachelor's degrees to private hospitals increased significantly, and the proportion of private hospitals with bachelor's degrees increased from 30% in 2022 to 34%.
From the perspective of the delivery proportion of different levels of hospitals, the sinking of medical talent resources is obvious: the proportion of delivery of tertiary hospitals has decreased to varying degrees this year, on the contrary, the proportion of undergraduate, master's and doctoral people to secondary hospitals has increased by different ranges. Among them, the proportion of second-level hospitals with master's degrees has increased from 14% in 2022 to 15.6%, and the proportion of people with doctoral degrees has increased from 9.7% to 11.2%, and the proportion of people with bachelor's, master's and doctoral degrees has also increased slightly this year.
Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen continue to lead the way, and the attractiveness of Wuhan and Dongguan has risen
Compared with the same period in 2022, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen are still the most popular cities for talents in the medical industry. At the same time, Wuhan successfully squeezed into the top five, and Dongguan entered the top ten, with the most obvious upward trend.

In 2022, the Dongguan Municipal Health Bureau issued the "Interim Measures for the Management of the Introduction and Training of High-level Health Talents in Dongguan", proposing that in the next three years, Dongguan will select 2 high-level medical specialty team introduction and training projects, 10 "Dongguan Famous Doctor" talent introduction and training projects, 20 medical leading talent introduction and training projects, and 50 outstanding young medical talent introduction and training projects, each of which will be funded with 5 million yuan, 800,000 yuan, 500,000 yuan, and 150,000 yuan respectively.
