According to the China Enforcement Information Disclosure Network, recently, Wu Xiubo and his Horgos Fuji Culture Media Co., Ltd. have added information on the person subject to enforcement, with an enforcement target of about 466 million yuan, and the case was filed on November 22, and the enforcement court is the Jiangsu Provincial High People's Court.
According to public information, the company was established in September 2015 and is about 99% owned by Wu Xiubo.
However, the reporter of "Daily Economic News" did not find the corresponding judgment document after checking the China Judgment Document Network, so the specific cause of action is not yet known.
According to the enterprise investigation, 5 of the enterprises currently associated with Wu Xiubo are in a state of existence, including Changxing Zhuoyi Film and Television Culture Studio (Limited Partnership), Changxing Jiongyuan Film and Television Culture Studio (Limited Partnership), Horgos Fuji Culture Media Co., Ltd., Happy Blue Ocean Film and Television Culture Group Co., Ltd., etc.
In addition, five companies, including Shanghai Zhongjunli Film and Television Culture Studio, Xinyi Nuanyang Film and Television Culture Studio (Limited Partnership), and Happy Sky Changxing Film and Television Culture Studio, have been cancelled.
On January 18, 2019, Chen Yulin's parents, who claimed to have had a seven-year relationship with Wu Xiubo, posted an open letter on Chen Yulin's Weibo saying that Chen Yulin had a relationship with Wu Xiubo, and was finally reported by Wu Xiubo on charges of extortion and had been formally arrested. According to reports by China Youth Daily, Cover News, Red Star News, Jiemian News and other media in February 2021, according to people familiar with the matter, the Chaoyang District Court of Beijing held a closed trial on Chen Yulin's extortion of Wu Xiubo, and announced the verdict at the end of January 2021: Wu Xiubo's "girlfriend" Chen Yulin (real name: Chen Menglin) was sentenced to three years in prison, suspended for three years, and fined RMB 100,000. According to reports, the person familiar with the matter said that according to the relevant laws, Chen Yulin could have been sentenced to 10 years, but because Wu Xiubo signed a letter of understanding, the court finally sentenced him to three years with a suspended sentence.
