KRAFTON SAID ON NOVEMBER 15 THAT PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS PUBG) HAS OFFICIALLY REVEALED THE DETAILS OF THE 10TH NEW MAP, "RONDO", FOR THE FIRST TIME THROUGH A GLOBAL TRAILER.
From the glittering metropolis to the quaint traditional architecture, the official global trailer vividly shows the colorful appearance of the tenth new map, "Rongdu". As a large 8x8 map that contains the lofty meaning of "The Ground of Honor", the biggest feature of Rongdu is that it has the most expansive playable area of the new map compared to the previous PUBG map. PUBG's tenth new map, Rongdu, will officially unveil players on December 6 on the 27.1 official server.
In the map of Rongdu, you will be greeted by a beautiful scenery that perfectly blends traditional beauty and modern style. On the southwest side of the Rongdu map, you can enjoy a new viewing environment such as lakes and bamboos, and on the northeast side, there are mountains that have never appeared before, and the picturesque landscape in this area is like being in a fairyland, which makes players feel a completely different experience in this area.
The main area of Yeongdo, "Yu Lin", with its dense jungle and crystal clear water, is full of the magic of nature, and "Tin Long Garden" is an area of ancient buildings that combines waterfalls and stone mountains, depicting a majestic landscape scroll where ancient buildings and nature are integrated. The quaint architecture of "Mey Ran" is combined with the water of a small river to provide players with a play area full of local characteristics.
At the same time, PUBG's new map Rongdu also has an urban area of a modern city: "Jadena City". "Jadena City" is an area of skyscrapers and dazzling neon lights, where you can start a thrilling city chase anytime, anywhere. PUBG's new map Rong will introduce some new gameplay elements that can only be experienced here. First of all, we've set up destructible bamboos throughout the map that can be easily broken and destroyed, whether using throwing weapons, melee weapons, or vehicle vehicles, for a more strategic gaming experience. We've also added new mobility tools for urban environments, where players can quickly move between buildings through public tools like escalators.
