In the United States, Pan Wanfen's parents successfully amassed a wealth of wealth and became Chinese Americans with American citizenship through years of hard work and wisdom.
In a privileged family environment, Pan Wanfen showed excellent intelligence. She successfully graduated from Harvard Law University in the United States, and despite the rupture of Sino-Soviet relations, there were some breakthroughs in U.S.-China diplomacy.
