The new car is scheduled to be officially launched in the third quarter of 2025 and is expected to go on sale before the end of the same year, and can be regarded as an RC+LC "combined model", with an estimated market price of 15 million yen (about 730,000 yuan). At the same time, the new car may be imported into the domestic market in 2026 and replace the LC models currently on sale in the domestic market, with the main competitors in the same class including the Porsche 911, Mercedes-AMG GT and Jaguar F-TYPE.

As can be seen from the previously released exterior renderings, the new Lexus Coupe is equipped with a large blackened mesh grille at the head, and the LED headlight clusters with a relatively narrow shape are provided on both sides. The side of the body is equipped with concealed door handles, and the continuous LED tail light cluster is also selected above the tailgate, and the double-sided single-exit exhaust layout is underneath. In terms of dimensions, the length, width and height of the new car are 4800×1900×1350mm, and the wheelbase is 2870mm.

In terms of power, the new Lexus Coupe will be equipped with a 3.5L V6 diesel-electric hybrid engine with a maximum output of 280kW, and the transmission system will be matched with an E-CVT + automatic transmission (the data refers to the current LC models on sale). At the same time, the new car is also planned to be launched in the following year, and it is expected to be equipped with Toyota's new solid-state battery pack, and its range will also be greatly improved.
