Planning "special points", carry out research on the categories and functions of exclusive parking spaces for distribution vehicles, formulate a temporary parking plan for urban freight distribution vehicles, and plan to use existing road parking resources to implement more than 80 temporary loading and unloading stops to meet the parking needs of urban distribution vehicles and solve the problem of temporary parking difficulties for urban distribution vehicles in urban areas.

Configure "special funds", Xuzhou City has set up special funds to support the development of urban green freight distribution, and give new energy freight distribution vehicles a subsidy amount according to the operating mileage, focusing on supporting the development of green freight distribution enterprises, and stirring up the long-dull new energy logistics capacity market through real money, attracting urban freight distribution elements to gather in Xuzhou. This year, "million red envelopes" will be issued to demonstration enterprises and their new energy vehicle operations.

Xuzhou City through a series of warm, strong combination punch, the current city freight distribution demonstration enterprises a total of 8, plans to add 3 by the end of the year, more than 2,200 new energy distribution vehicles, more than 450 new energy distribution vehicles have been added during the demonstration period, to achieve a win-win situation of economy and environmental protection.

During the establishment period, Xuzhou actively encourages and guides enterprises to adopt advanced distribution organization models such as common distribution and centralized distribution, vigorously develops third-party logistics, and cultivates leading urban logistics and distribution enterprises, with 15 logistics enterprises of 4A level and above, 39 logistics enterprises of A level and above, 25 network freight companies, and 80 brand express delivery enterprises. According to the preliminary investigation and analysis, through the common (centralized) distribution model, the freight volume distributed to the stores of commercial circulation enterprises in the central city accounts for more than 85% of the total cargo distribution freight in the central city.

Citizens can walk into the offline stores of public transport and livelihood logistics to buy on the spot, or they can place orders in the WeChat applet of the "public transport and livelihood logistics platform", and high-quality fresh products and Xuzhou specialties can be delivered to their doorsteps at their fingertips, providing people with services that benefit the people and convenient services.
