Adjacent to tranquil Hyde Park and trendy Knightsbridge, Mandarin Oriental, London offers guests a great view of Hyde Park with a glass of food and wine, or a Michelin-starred meal at the sights of the Royal Cavalry.
On the day of the event, renowned sommeliers, wine buyers and veteran wine lovers from the UK's top restaurants gathered to taste the world's high-end wines, including the Dragon's Fortune.
Lenz Moser, the foreign winemaker of Château Longyu, was invited to introduce the history, terroir and winemaking techniques of Château Longyu to the guests.
After tasting the wine, the guests excitedly expressed their belief that Longyu will become one of the best wines in the world.

Stefan Neumann MS, Master Sommelier of the World, shared: "We had about 40 guests in the Gloria Room at Mandarin Oriental today, and today we had about 40 guests at our tasting, which was actually the full range of Changyu Longyu wines to compete with the best wines in the world. It was a great tasting, we got very positive feedback from the guests who participated in the tasting, great venue, and I'm really looking forward to having another tasting like this, thank you so much! ”
Valeria Rodriguez, Head of Fine Wine at Bibendum, said: "It was an amazing tasting. We tasted the one-of-a-kind dragon oracle made from Cabernet Sauvignon. We also tasted the dry red made by Longyu Winery. When we compare the world's famous wines with blind tastings, I would like to say that Longyu Cabernet Sauvignon is no less than inferior, and it is really an eye-opening experience, and the potential of Chinese wines is huge, and in front of these absolutely high-quality world wines, [Longyu Cabernet Sauvignon] can also stand out. ”
Ruchira Neotia, Consultant at Wine & Spirits, said: "This is my first experience with the Dragon's Domain. Personally, I think this wine is fantastic, with a very special spice profile, and this flavor probably comes from the winery's winemaking process as well as the Chinese Ningxia grapes themselves. This is a very interesting wine. ”
Dragon 12 Cabernet Sauvignon dry red wine
It is worth mentioning that Jancis Robinson MW, one of the world's top three wine critics, wrote an op-ed in the Financial Times, mentioning that in a blind tasting of the world's top wines, she gave Longyu wine a high score of 17.5 out of 20, second only to Château Lafite, which is also the highest score she has given to 483 Chinese wines.

At present, Longyu has entered 50 countries around the world for sales, and has entered the top terminals such as the three-Michelin star Vendôme in Germany, the three-Michelin star restaurant Sexy fish restaurant in London, the world's best wine mall Hedonism Wines, and the Burj Al Arab Hotel in Dubai.
In 2021, in London alone, there were more than 1,000 points of sale for the Dragon's Oracle.
