There are generally three types of alert conditions:
1. Capacitive alarm
If the capacitor becomes 0, larger, smaller, etc., this alarm occurs, and manual calibration is generally recommended.
2. Limit alarm of Z axis and 4th axis
If this alarm occurs in the Z axis, the general treatment method is to power off for 5-10 minutes, and then reconnect, and then all the machinery returns to 0. If it is a 4th axis limit alarm, click the minus sign for the positive limit alarm until the alarm is eliminated. The inverse limit is added, and then the focus returns to 0.
3. Servo alarm of various axes
If a servo alarm occurs, it is generally recommended to restart. If it cannot be eliminated after restarting, you need to find the corresponding servo drive in the cabinet, and find the code description and solution according to the code displayed by the servo.
