During this year's Chongyang Festival, Dingtone Grocery specially developed a two-color Chongyang cake, which used bean paste and red beans as inverted, and the color was mainly prepared with purple sweet potato powder and pumpkin powder, which was launched nearly a month in advance, and sales soared by 50% month-on-month in the week leading to the Chongyang Festival.

It is worth mentioning that foods such as Chongyang cakes on specific festivals have gradually become common items in consumers' shopping carts, triggering an online national pastry fever, and pastries such as barley cakes, wine-stuffed rice cakes, and pumpkin cakes have a very high repurchase rate in East China.

In late autumn, osmanthus and chrysanthemums also become popular elements. Osmanthus flavored pastries are enjoyed with Chinese elements such as osmanthus rice wine, rice dew and osmanthus craft brew, and searches for keywords such as chrysanthemum tea and placenta chrysanthemum also increased before the Chongyang Festival. Sales of chestnut, pumpkin, sweet potatoes and orange-orange pomelo fruits are also beginning to rise with a large number of markets.
