They are bathed in the sun, flap their ears, have fun, an elephant is still walking backwards, wagging its tail to tease the big man behind, and the two wild elephants sing and sing together, full of fun, the scene is very warm and rare.

These two elephants, during our monitoring during this period, feel that their relationship is quite harmonious. According to our analysis, they may be from the same herd, separated after adulthood at different times, and after coming together in recent times, the basis of mutual feelings is still there. Another reason is that it is not the estrus period of adult female elephants in recent times, and the two Asian elephants do not have competitive pressure in this regard, so their relationship is quite harmonious.
In another surveillance video, two wild elephants come to a tea field, curling their noses and playing, sometimes snuggling together, like coquettish children competing with each other. The Asian elephant, standing in the lower position, picked up corn on the cob on the side of the road to feed, and the brothers gave each other courtesy and had a very good relationship. According to the staff, both Asian elephants belong to adult male elephants, and they usually move alone, and since September, they have gradually converged together.
In recent years, Ning'er County has continuously increased its efforts to protect the ecological environment, resulting in an increasing food source for Asian elephants, attracting many wild Asian elephant populations to visit. According to statistics, so far, there have been more than 260 wild elephant visits in Ning'er this year, the most in a year on record. In this regard, the local forestry and grassland department has strengthened tracking and monitoring, timely issued early warning information, and ensured the safety of people and elephants. At the same time, the forestry and grassland department also reminded the general public that although wild Asian elephants are cute, they are also aggressive and should not be easily approached.
