"The United States: Hegemony and Ambition" - On the diplomatic strategy of the United States and provocations against China

In recent years, the United States has been demonstrating strong hegemonic ambitions, trying to put its own interests above the world. However, I believe that the United States is not really a hegemon, but a careerist whose power exceeds its capabilities. On such a vast stage as the earth, the United States, with its limited historical and cultural accumulation, cannot rule the entire world. If the United States continues to stubbornly pursue a hegemonic policy and try to let a small group of about 3 billion people control the fate of 8 billion people, the result will only be a catastrophic failure.

As the saying goes, "there is much help for the righteous, but little help for the wrong", the current use of hegemony by the United States has reached the extreme. Other countries are both in awe and fear of them, because America's contribution to the world is primarily to destroy rather than build. They always impose carrot and stick policies, demanding that others bend to their will. In contrast, China has maintained a posture of Taoguang and cultivation of obscurity in the past few years, insisting on unity through struggle. However, the time has come at which we must fight resolutely, and it is time to start a great struggle.

As we all know, the United States has fought more than 200 large and small battles since its founding more than 200 years ago, and is addicted to war. This is because they are far from Eurasia, the "offshore balancer" plays very well, and the war is low cost and high for them. Eurasia, on the other hand, was devastated by two world wars, while the United States was at ease. Taking World War II as an example, Japan once launched the "Wind Boat Bomb" program, creating more than 9,000 balloon bombs, but only 284 actually floated to the United States, and only one explosion occurred. Later, the United States also opened bombs to Japan, only to find that the westerly wind belt floated over the heads of the British, which was very stupid.

Therefore, the United States is the real source of war in the world, and the outbreak of war depends on the confrontation between the two parties. In the early years, the two parties were not as divided as they are now, and many issues could be agreed upon. In recent years, however, the confrontation between the two parties has become increasingly fierce, and the logic of war has changed. In general, Republicans are more focused on national interests, while Democrats are more focused on capitalist interests.

The Democratic Party mainly represents the global bourgeoisie, who come from Asia, Europe and some native American capitalists. They have a completely global perspective and are willing to take risks on a global scale as long as it is profitable, even if the United States is in ruins.

The Republican Party mainly represents the native bourgeoisie of the United States, they represent the people who have lived in the United States for generations, and they sincerely want the United States to become better. As long as the United States is strong and wealthy, they would rather leave the whole world in ruins. Therefore, the Republican Party is more willing to stick to the interests of the United States.

In the past 80 years, the Republican Party has produced 8 presidents and ruled for nearly 50 years, while the Democratic Party has produced 6 presidents and ruled for nearly 30 years. For 40 years, from 1969 to 2008, there was only one Democratic president, Carter. From 1981 to 2008, the Democratic Party was in opposition for 27 years. Because the US manufacturing industry was very strong at that time, the Republican Party had an absolute advantage as representing the native capitalists of the United States. This is often referred to as the "Sino-American honeymoon" period.

This honeymoon period can be roughly divided into two phases: the Cold War period from the 70s to the late 80s and the period from the collapse of the Soviet Union to 2008. Some people may not understand why there is a second stage. This is because Europe benefited the most after the collapse of the Soviet Union. Europe once gained almost complete freedom of movement, so the European Union was officially established on November 1, 1993, and the euro was officially born on December 15, 1995.

In addition, Europe also once reduced fees for disarmament, implemented the practice of putting knives and guns into storage, horses in Nanshan, and enjoying a happy life of symbiosis with Russia. Relying on cheap energy from Russia and cheap labor from Eastern Europe, Europe began a euro expansion based on real industries. This has undoubtedly touched the backlash of the United States.

However, it is difficult for the United States to cope with the symbiotic relationship between Russia and Europe alone, so it can only seek cooperation with us. After all, if both ends of Europe and Asia are on fire at the same time, the United States will be even more unable to solve the problem. In order to stabilize the east, NATO began its first round of expansion in 1999 and launched the Kosovo War at the same time, and they were very busy.

In addition, the 2003 Iraq War was also a move by the United States to counter the expansion of the euro into the Middle East in the field of oil settlement. I remember that when the United States went to war with Iraq, Germany and France stood up against it at the first time, and even at the last minute, they did not back down. Europe and the United States almost broke off, and the United States was disgraced.

During this period, the United States showed national interest-oriented characteristics. In order to stabilize our economy, they increased their investment in our industry and opened the way for our access to international financial markets, helping us stabilize the dollar system. The close cooperation between our two sides was mainly formed during this period. Therefore, we should not think that the United States has any gift to us, and our cooperation has always been the result of an equal exchange.

In 2008, when the real industry in the United States was hollowed out and it was impossible to grasp the global situation, we would find that the governing styles of the two parties were significantly different.

Although the Republican Party is very tough, it is more about gaining chips and ensuring an orderly retreat, and does not really want to start a war in hot spots. They are more inclined to defend the U.S. homeland, save industry, and replenish the U.S. economy.

When the Democratic Party of the United States is in power, it likes dialogue, seems to be good to discuss, but the purpose is only to invest to make money and get more benefits. If they encounter opponents who are difficult to talk to, they are more inclined to use means other than economics to solve problems, but they also dare to use force only against weak countries. They are very weak and show their teeth unabashedly.

However, we are moving too fast to catch the United States by surprise. While the United States was recovering a little from the 2008 financial crisis, in 2011 they eagerly announced a "pivot to the Asia-Pacific."

On the surface, the United States returned to the Asia-Pacific from the Middle East, but in fact it returned to the Asia-Pacific from Europe. At that time, NATO had already undergone three rounds of eastward expansion, and the number of members reached 28, which was close to Russia's doorstep, but it still could not weaken the symbiotic relationship between Russia and Europe. For example, the Nord Stream pipeline is in full swing, injecting a strong impetus into Germany's industrial development.

After returning to the Asia-Pacific region, the United States kept approaching us, so there was a confrontation in 2016. The US military once arrogantly claimed that "war will start tonight" and sent two aircraft carrier battle groups close to the South China Sea. However, we are not afraid and openly say that we are not afraid of the United States sending ten aircraft carriers. Under the threat of the DF-21D, no amount of aircraft carriers is irrelevant to us.

In the face of our resolute resistance, the US military suddenly became confused and retreated without confidence. Since then, the US military has basically withdrawn from the Asia-Pacific region, which also means that it is impossible for the US military to return to the South China Sea.

Both ends of Europe and Asia pose a challenge to the United States, which is not equipped to do so. Therefore, they turned to economic means for the Cold War. At the same time, they are also trying to weaken the Russian-European symbiotic relationship and trap Europe in the arms of the United States. Once Europe moves completely closer to the United States, they will completely decouple from us and hinder our globalization development.

As a country of 1.4 billion people, our development is always the last word. Therefore, we must strategically break the situation and pull Russia and Europe out of the quagmire of conflict to avoid the two sides falling into a confrontational situation.

So how to break the game? In fact, it is very simple, we can stand on the position of justice and peace, promote peace talks, and mediate the conflict between Russia and Ukraine. To this end, we recently released two documents, "China's Position on the Political Settlement of the Ukraine Crisis" and "US Hegemonic Bullying and Its Harm", which set out our position and proposition.

We must also remember that there is such a line in the movie "Armageddon": "According to the general law, the total strength and equipment do not exceed the other side, and they must not enter into a strategic decisive battle, nor is it necessarily ... We rolled bigger, refined, accumulated favorable conditions for a decisive battle. Like a concave-convex mirror, towards the scorching sun, a hundredfold, a thousand times the luminosity converges to one point, the white heat is hot, it smokes, and it cannot but burn! ”

The above is my opinion on the diplomatic strategy of the United States and provocations against China. If you agree with me, please give me a thumbs up and thank you for reading!
