The school is located on the shore of the beautiful East China Sea and Dishui Lake in the Lingang New Area. The school covers an area of about 185 acres, with a planned construction area of about 190,000 square meters, and the campus construction focuses on "people-oriented, humanities, science and technology, and ecology". The school plans to set up three sections: primary school, junior high school and high school, with high-standard boarding conditions, and the primary school and junior high school will be opened in September 2025.

1. Have senior professional and technical titles in primary and secondary schools;
2. Discipline leaders or backbone teachers in Shanghai and districts;
3. Outstanding teachers from other provinces and cities will be given priority to those who have won the titles of provincial and ministerial model workers, special teachers, provincial backbone teachers, provincial subject leaders or national outstanding teachers.

Settling-in allowance and port-based allowance
High-level talents: The introduction of educational talents who have won the corresponding levels of honors such as "National Model of Teaching and Educating People" and "Shanghai Education Meritorious Hero" will be given a maximum of 1.5 million yuan in settling-in subsidies;
Leading talents: up to 1.2 million yuan for special principals, up to 1 million yuan for special teachers, and up to 800,000 yuan for senior teachers;

Talent Housing Policy
