On October 10, the Emergency Management Bureau of Du'an Yao Autonomous County in Hechi City issued a notice: On the morning of October 8, the public reported to the police that Han Yong, a well-known person in the diving industry, dived in the Jiudun skylight in Daxing Town, Du'an Yao Autonomous County on the evening of October 7, and did not go ashore until 11 a.m. on the 8th, suspected of missing contact. After the incident, the emergency, public security, health and other departments of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, Hechi City, Du'an Yao Autonomous County and relevant personnel of Daxing Town rushed to the scene in time to carry out emergency treatment. On October 9, the professional rescue team of Hangzhou Blue Flag Diving International Club rushed to the scene of the incident to carry out search and rescue work, and no missing person has been found so far. On October 10, a domestic professional underwater intelligent robot service company has been contacted to participate in the search and rescue in Duan, and the relevant work is in progress.

It is understood that Han Yong is China's first recreational scuba, freediving and technical diving three-way instructor, participated in the creation of domestic scientific research diving system, he has participated in shipwreck archaeology and salvage for many times, responsible for the exploration and salvage of the bones of the Red Army Long March martyrs in Guangxi Jiuhaijing, the search and salvage of the remains of the 143-meter victims in the No. 2 cave of the peach blossom jellyfish in Du'an, Guangxi, and created a number of cave diving depth records at home and abroad.
