I have never seen such an idea-oriented craftsman, but I saw the guy grab a handful of finely crushed silver beans, supplemented by borax, smelting them into a liquid state at high temperatures, and then casting them into a mold to set the shape. It turned out that the guy hand-drew a pendant drawing overnight and decided to use this piece of silver to make this unique pendant.
He needs to put the silver into a rolling machine and crush it back and forth several times into thin sheets, and then use a carving knife to cut out the pendant pattern on the white paper.
・The shape is a blade with wings attached to the silver sheet, and a silver sheet structure identical to the drawing needs to be cut along the outline of the outer ring.
In addition to the main body, the guy also made an additional drawing of the middle blade. Add a piece of 12K gold as an auxiliary material, also crush it into pieces, adjust its flatness with a hammer, and then attach the blade drawing to the surface, cut out the shape of the alloy sheet that kisses it, and scrape off the pasted drawing afterwards. The two sides are polished by the file, and the hardness is enriched to create a knife shape.
In order to make the finished pendant three-dimensional, the guy needs to make each part of the structure separately, including the lower part, and also needs to cut and shape it on the silver sheet. Then there are some decorative shapes on the pendant, including the hilt of the sword. It seems that a small pendant, there are so many structures required, it is not difficult to imagine the complexity of the process.
・Next, the assembly begins, using the main body as the base plate to assemble the kin sword in turn, including the covered scabbard part and the hilt. The middle wing shape needs to be enhanced with a carved drill before fixing it so that it can come to life.
After that, the drawings attached to the bottom plate are burned, and some silver is melted at high temperature to act as a welding, and the middle wings can be taken to fix it, and then the preliminary frame is first prepared on the scabbard part of the welding. After polishing and adjusting with iron knives, the hollows on the surface are filled with decorative structures.
・The remaining K gold blade and hilt are welded into one, and the hole reserved along the scabbard can be inserted just right.
Next, take two sections of copper wire on the back of the pendant and bend it into a semicircle and weld it at the top, then cut out an opening from the middle, insert the blade again, mark the opening on the back, gouge two holes up and down, install a semi-circular lock, and then grind the whole with a frosted rod, and drill 4 small pits in the center to set diamonds to enhance the texture. A diamond is also added to the hilt.
And so comes the final finishing touch. The guy polished the pendant to brightness, and then put it in the ultrasonic cleaning tank to wash off the stains. Secretly take out your wife's red nail polish and apply the pattern on the surface to red. That's the finish. With a necklace, it can usually be hung around the neck as an ornament, and it is a good handicraft with unique creativity and fine workmanship.
