Zhu Jiangming introduced the corporate philosophy and environmental protection measures of ZeroRun. In the first half of this year, Zerorun released its first environmental, social and governance (ESG) report after its successful listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. According to the report, in 2022, Leapmotor delivered 111,168 pure electric models, with a total greenhouse gas emission of 15,557.59 tons of CO₂ equivalent, and the carbon emissions of single vehicles are far lower than the industry average.

As an AI smart factory built in accordance with the concept of Industry 4.0, Leap Jinhua Base has always been committed to reducing the carbon footprint in production, not only promoting the selection and use of low-carbon materials, but also continuing to reserve low-carbon technologies and effectively use clean energy, such as installing photovoltaic equipment on the top of the plant and making full use of solar energy, and strive to achieve coordinated development of economic and environmental benefits.

In terms of vehicle products, Zerorun actively promotes the lightweight of the whole vehicle, continuously increases the amount of high-strength steel, the application ratio of hot-stamping steel and aluminum alloy, and uses advanced lightweight technology to further enhance the ecological and environmental benefits of products; Fully consider energy performance in product planning, adopt self-developed intelligent power system, intelligent energy flow control technology, etc., to achieve the effect of energy saving and consumption reduction. In terms of vehicle thermal management, we are committed to reducing energy consumption losses and improving cruising range.
In terms of battery products, Zerorun has established a perfect recycling system, standardized the management of waste batteries, actively researched battery echelon utilization technology, and opened up the channel between power batteries and energy storage; Not only do each component that makes up the battery pack meet the requirements of the national standard, but the recyclable and reusable proportion of the materials used in the existing battery pack is much higher than the relevant national regulations.
In terms of electric drive products, Zerorun achieves weight reduction by streamlining parts and reduces carbon emissions by improving the average CLTC efficiency of electric drives. Optimize the NVH of electric drive, reduce noise pollution, save electric drive coating materials, and bring users a comfortable experience.
