According to the Tianyancha APP, the current trademark status of "Huawei Dayu" of the 42-website service is awaiting substantive examination, and the status of other trademarks is in the application for registration.
Dayu was the founding monarch of the Xia Dynasty and was widely praised by the world for his management of the monstrous flood. Public information shows that a number of companies have applied for the registration of trademarks with the same name before, but they have all withdrawn their applications.
Interestingly, in Huawei's trademark strategy, almost the entire "Classic of Mountains and Seas" has applied for trademarks for the famous mountains of the sacred beasts. At present, Huawei has successfully registered trademarks such as "Hongmeng", "Honghu", and "River Map".
