Since 2021, Xuhui District has actively promoted the work of changing the "three old" into "three new", focusing the construction of sports infrastructure on the "doorstep" of the people, freeing up land to build sports facilities at the doorstep of the people, and actively docking the upgrading and reconstruction and opening of Xujiahui Sports Park.
