Robert Milkins qualified professionally in 1995, and although he briefly reached No. 21 in the world rankings early in his career, he spent most of the rest of his world rankings in the mid-table.
Throughout his decades-long tour career, Milkins has fluctuated up and down the rankings and appeared in the final stages of some prestigious tournaments, where his talent and talent have made him compelling, but too many unforced mistakes have kept him from making it to the elite.
