Unlike ChatGPT, Huawei's Pangu model is more inclined to serve government and enterprise customers, and these B-end customers can create their own AI models based on the Pangu model and Huawei's AI development kit.
Pangu Industry Big Model 3.0 consists of a three-layer architecture, the bottom layer is NLP large model, multimodal large model, visual big model, prediction big model, scientific computing big model, and then based on these basic capabilities, L1 and L2 AI big models with industry characteristics are further developed.
These large models can call each other's capabilities to expand the AI processing capabilities of large models.
In terms of development, HUAWEI CLOUD has launched a full-process development kit for industry customers to reduce the difficulty of development. The Pangu model can be deployed in the cloud or on an enterprise private cloud, with high deployment flexibility.
HUAWEI CLOUD Pangu model is built entirely on Huawei's own capabilities of Ascend + Kunpeng, and claims to be 1.1 times more efficient than mainstream in the industry. However, this does not mean that Huawei Ascend Cloud can only support Huawei's own AI framework, in addition to its own AI framework, Huawei Ascend Cloud also supports more than six mainstream AI frameworks, which is convenient for customers to deploy their own AI models based on Ascend Cloud.
HUAWEI CLOUD has implemented large industry models based on the Pangu model, such as the government affairs model, the financial model, and the manufacturing model.
Moreover, it is quite forward-looking that Huawei's Pangu model has the ability of "embodied intelligence", to put it bluntly, it is to combine the robot with the AI large model, so that the robot has AI capabilities and can complete more tasks with high intelligence requirements, which makes the Pangu model have high application potential in the future intelligent manufacturing and intelligent production lines.
In order to better serve industry customers, Huawei Pangu Model has learned more than 10 industry knowledge and more than 400 industry scenarios, and opened up a variety of common enterprise tools.
Finally, Huawei Hai launched the world's first commercial Arabic large model, which surpasses the traditional numerical prediction method, and the relevant papers have been published in the top international academic journal Nature the day before.
Next, Huawei will launch more large models of the Pangu industry to the market.
