After tasting the sweetness, Li Mouping introduced the defendant He Moujin to provide Su Mouming with a bank account to receive funds derived from crime. During this period, Xia Mougeng discussed with Li Mouping, He Moujin and others and thought that "since it is the black money defrauded by scammers, why not swallow it privately, anyway, they dare not call the police." In the afternoon of the same day, after the funds in He Moujin's bank account arrived, he went to the bank's business point to withdraw 40,900 yuan in cash according to Su Mouming's instructions. Subsequently, He Mouming fled the scene in a prearranged two-wheel electric vehicle according to the "interception plan". After Su Mouming noticed that the situation was abnormal, Xia Mougeng drove around pretending to chase He Moujin. That night, He Moujin handed 40,900 yuan to Xia Mougeng, and later Xia Mougeng gave He Moujin and others 8,000 yuan.
