One

I have been to the United States and my first impression was that there are a lot of fat people there. The fat man there is not an ordinary fat, but a super fat, ugly dead. In Hollywood, I saw a white woman, who was like a tall glass, and did not understand how her thin feet could support her heavy body? It is said that 34% of American adults suffer from obesity, and the proportion of poor people suffering from this "disease of wealth" is even higher. In people's impression, skinny is the characteristic of the poor, and the poorer and fatter the person, it is a bit "perverse".

If you look at their eating appearance and the composition of their food, it is not difficult to conclude the reason for their obesity. First of all, McDonald's, bread, fries, cola, all sugar, it is strange if it does not become fat! I found that Americans ate buffets, full of plates of grilled meat, eggs, chicken legs, eating desperately with a large cup of cola, and eating a large plate of fruit, and sweets and sugar water after the fruit, and now I thought that I had finally finished eating, who knew that they ate ice cream again, it was really stunning.

There are many big fat people among my colleagues, some of whom weigh more than 200 pounds, and they look like a mountain of meat. But when he came to the United States, he was a little compared to the fat man of others, whose arms were thicker than his thighs.

In the past, I always believed that a high intake of fat and protein equals a good life, and those who are obese and overnourished are rich. But listening to the tour guide, in fact, there is little difference between children from poor families and middle-class children in the United States in terms of protein, vitamins and minerals, and in most cases, the average protein intake of children from poor families exceeds 100% of the recommended intake of government health departments. America's poor are not undernourished, but overnourished. They love to eat big fish and meat because the price of fish is cheap and the price of vegetables and fruits is high. Such a diet is destined to result in more fat people among the poor in the United States than the rich.

Nearly 46 million people in the United States now live on food stamps, accounting for 15 percent of the population. In the case of poor people in New York, a family of several people each has up to $200 or more in food stamps per month, and they have to run out, and if they don't use up, they may reduce their quota next month. Therefore, diabetics in the United States are mostly low-income people who receive food stamps.

Food stamps are nutrition funding programs implemented by the U.S. government to ensure that low-income families can meet the healthy dietary standards set by the government. Most of the foods provided by food stamps are high-fat, high-calorie foods, such as burgers, hot dogs, fried chicken nuggets, etc., which can easily cause body obesity. Coupled with the fact that the poor do not have the time and money to go to the gym for fitness, eat these high-calorie junk foods every day, lie on the sofa and watch mentally retarded TV programs, it is strange that they are not fat.

And those rich people are highly educated, know how to eat is nutritious, and even spend high salaries to hire dietitians to prepare delicious and nutritious food for them, so there are not many obese, only a few rich people suffer from "obesity".

My latest understanding is that the U.S. government's use of high-calorie food to feed the poor is actually a persecution of the proletariat, because obesity can make people short-lived, but the means are milder. Besides, if you are fat like that, how can there be revolutionary fighting spirit? Have the energy to overthrow the evil capitalism?

Two

North Korea's grain is strictly rationed. As a result of the Pioneer politics, food rations were reduced in the 1990s, and by 1994, the ration ration for ordinary workers was 450 grams per day. In 1995, North Korea's ration was halved due to floods, and in 1996 it was cut by another third, and the current ration is only about 100 grams per person per day.

A daily ration of 100 grams is not life-sustaining. So the government proposed that the state should solve one-third of the rations, the units one-third, and the individuals one-third. Those with better units can get some grain from their units, and those with money can also buy high-priced grain from the black market. But the rich and powerless had to eat wild vegetables and bark. North Korea's CCTV claims that according to scientific research results: eating less is good for longevity, wild vegetables are more nutritious, and eating more is good for health.

Among more than 20 countries in Asia, North Korea has the lowest average daily nutrient intake. Including the average daily nutrient intake per person, such as carbohydrates and fats, the index of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development is 3374 kcal; 3073 kcal in South Korea; North Korea has only 2146 kcal. According to the World Food Programme, North Korea has "one in three children who are chronically malnourished or stunted," meaning they tend to be shorter than their peers.

I have never been to North Korea, but I have seen pictures of poor North Koreans on the Internet, and they are all skinny and yellow-faced. Especially children, with weak limbs and a large head, are sick. In my opinion, a thin person cannot withstand a gust of wind.

Since the fifties, Kim Il Sung vowed to let the common people eat rice and drink broth. Now that the family lineage has reached its third generation, this dream is still far away.

If you ask me what kind of poor country I like to be, I won't hesitate to tell you that it is the United States. Because I lived through 1960 and know what starvation tastes like. So I'd rather be held up to death than starved to death, because hunger tastes so bad.

Three

Obesity is an important factor affecting human health, obesity can cause a variety of chronic diseases, such as hypertension, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, etc. There are 59 million obese people in the United States, and about 300,000 people die each year from various diseases due to obesity.

According to 2006 data, the United States spends $147 billion a year on treating obesity, but the North Korean people rarely suffer from these diseases. I heard that starvation cleanses the cells in the body, which can lead to a long life. Now if you ask me again which country I would like to be a poor person in, I really have to think about it.
