AC Milan are in deep contact with three midfielders and coach Pioli needs to find a successor to Tonali.
After midfield core Leonardy confirmed his departure, AC Milan currently have only two healthy candidates left in the midfield position, Krunic and Pobega. Considering that Tonali is the Rossoneri's most played player of any game in the season that just ended, with the highest number of minutes played, chances created and steals, and nine assists second only to Portuguese Leo, management urgently needs to bring in a suitable replacement for head coach Pioli in the transfer market this summer.
Netherlands international Ryanders is one of AC Milan's favourite midfield signings, having played as many as 48 games this season, delivering seven goals and 10 assists. According to Italian media reports, the Rossoneri have reached an agreement in principle with the player, with a five-year contract and an annual salary of 1.7 million euros. However, the two clubs will need to agree on the price of the transfer fee, with Alkmaar having previously rejected an offer from Sporting Portugal for a fixed transfer fee of 14 million plus a floating bonus clause.
In addition, AC Milan management has also had initial contact with US midfielder Moussa, and both sides are currently interested in promoting further development of the transfer. As the player has Italian, Canadian and British nationalities, he is not subject to the transfer quota of non-EU players in Serie A.
