Algerian President Tebbon held talks with Al-Burhan, chairman of the Sudanese Sovereign Council and commander-in-chief of the armed forces, in Algiers, the capital of Algeria, on 28 July. At a joint press conference held after the talks, Burhan welcomed Algeria's mediation of the Sudanese crisis.
