Relying on massive medical examination text data, starting from the needs of application scenarios, the competition sets up double competition questions around pre-examination clinical consultation and post-examination report interpretation scenarios, attracting global start-ups, IT giants, colleges and universities, scientific research institutes and other multi-field and multi-level teams and individual developers to PK together. In the end, two first prizes will be decided, and each team will receive 100,000 yuan.

Focusing on real-world application scenarios, the competition set up double competition questions for the first time
As the contractor of the new generation of artificial intelligence open innovation platform in Guangdong Province, Jinyu Medical has already laid out in the field of medical examination AIGC. At present, standard report language specifications and high-quality special disease databases have been established, and pre-trained models have been used to explore and apply them in the fields of medical text entity extraction and pathology report structuring.
In order to explore more possibilities for the application of AIGC in the field of medical examination, the 2023 "Domain See Cup" Medical Examination Artificial Intelligence Developer Competition sets up "Intelligent Clinical Consultation Model" and "Intelligent Karyotype Analysis Result Interpretation Model" double competition questions.
It is understood that Jinyu Medical completes 176,000 clinical consultations for testing projects every year, and the number of cytogenetic chromosome samples for karyotype analysis exceeds 400,000. The intelligent clinical consultation model mentioned in this competition mainly provides multi-dimensional and personalized auxiliary support for clinicians' decision-making on medical examination projects. The intelligent karyotype analysis result interpretation model mainly generates interpretation of results that are convenient for doctors to understand, accelerates the interpretation of results for some genetic diseases, and shortens the time of report issuance.
As the technical support provider of the competition, HUAWEI CLOUD will also provide NLP (natural language processing) technical services based on the Tray Ancient Big Model to help developers develop excellent models.
