Chen Jinghu (1901-1933), pseudonym Li Tieran, was a native of Jianping County, Liaoning Province. In 1918, he was admitted to tianjin directly under the provincial first middle school. During the May Fourth Movement, he participated in the "Xinsheng Society" and participated in the organization of the "Xiangming Society". In early 1923, he was introduced by Li Dazhao to join the Communist Party of China, and later joined the Kuomintang in his personal capacity. In January 1924, as one of the six delegates of the province directly under the direct subordination, he participated in the First National Congress of the Kuomintang. Later, he was dispatched by the party organization to Feng Yuxiang as the commander of the Rehe Nationalist Army and the commander of the Second Column of the Inner Mongolia Special Civil Army. In March 1925, he participated in the establishment of the Rehe Working Committee of the Communist Party of China and served as the person in charge. In April 1927, Chen Jinghu attended the Fifth National Congress of the Communist Party of China as a representative of Inner Mongolia. After the destruction of the PARTY organization in the Rehe area of the COMMUNIST Party in 1930, he served as the party leader in Inner Mongolia. In 1931, he was appointed interim secretary of the Inner Mongolia Committee of the Communist Party of China, and in October he was appointed secretary of the Special Committee, responsible for the party work in Rehe, Chahar, and Suiyuan. When the Japanese army invaded Rehe in 1933, it organized the Mongolian and Han Anti-Japanese Allied Forces to resist the Japanese army. After the defeat of the Rehe War of Resistance, he retreated to Chahar and joined the Chahar Anti-Japanese Allied Army led by Feng Yuxiang, serving as a senator of the General Headquarters. On May 12, 1933, on the way to Zhangbeidian to inspect the anti-Japanese armed forces, he was attacked by a reactionary militia and unfortunately died.
