After more than a month of bitter fighting, there was no hope of destroying the city, coupled with the hot weather, most of the Wu soldiers were infected with diseases, and more than half of them were killed and wounded.
Wei Bing took the opportunity to counterattack, and Zhuge Ke had to accept the reality of defeat and was forced to retreat. On the way back, the wounded soldiers fell on the road, filling the ravines and mourning the wilderness, but Zhuge Ke did not sympathize with the soldiers, looking at ease.
At this time, Zhuge Ke had lost all his heart, but he did not repent. In order to suppress discontent, he imposed a repressive rule, dismissed those who opposed the ministers, and appointed a large number of flattering people.
In order to deter the chancellor, he shouted a loud scolding from Zhongshu Lingsun, scolding him for falsely preaching the holy will and making an edict in vain. Sun Hey was terrified, and in order to save his life, he had to resign from the government. In this way, everyone in the imperial court endangered themselves, and those who visited him were all breathless.
Zhuge Ke's arbitrary actions aroused Sun Jun's anger, and he regretted luring the wolf into the room, and after thinking bitterly, he planned to unite with the Wu lord Sun Liang to eliminate Zhuge Ke in one fell swoop.
One day, Sun Liang, the lord of Wu, set up a banquet in the palace and invited the great general Zhuge Ke to come to the banquet. On the eve of entering the palace, Zhuge Ke was restless and could not sleep at night. When you wash your face at dawn, the water smells, and when you change clothes, your clothes also smell bad.
Zhuge Ke couldn't take care of so much, and hurried out the door, knowing that the puppy in the house grabbed his clothes and pulled back. Zhuge Ke stopped, touched the puppy's head and said, "Won't you let me go out?" But the puppy still clutched the clothes and kept whimpering. Zhuge Ke had no choice but to drive away the puppy and leave in a car.
When Zhuge Ke came to the palace gate, his confidant Zhang Yue handed him a small note and said, "The atmosphere in the palace today is not right, I am afraid that something big will happen." ”
Zhuge Ke was shocked, thinking of the strange things that happened today, he planned to pretend to be a stomachache and leave, but he met the general Teng Yin, who advised him: "The emperor specially set up a banquet to entertain you, and everyone came, so why not go in?" ”
Zhuge Ke thought to himself, as a great general, his power is greater than that of the emperor, what else is there to fear? Therefore, he fixed his mind, went to the temple with his sword, and took a seat after paying homage to the Wu lord Sun Liang.
After three rounds of wine and five flavors of dishes, Sun Liang was overwhelmed by the strength of wine, returned to the inner temple to rest, and Sun Jun also took the opportunity to go to the toilet, for which Zhuge Ke did not feel that danger was coming. When Sun Jun returned again, he had changed into a short suit and shouted, "Capture Zhuge Ke by command." ”
Zhuge Ke was taken aback and was about to draw his sword to resist, but before the sword was unsheathed, Sun Jun's large sword had fallen, and the ambushed warriors rushed up and hacked him to death. After Zhuge Ke's death, Sun Jun sent people to behead all men, women and children of his family and destroy his three tribes.
Zhuge Jin foresaw the tragic end of his son Zhuge Ke 19 years ago, which made people lament the uniqueness of his vision, but more than that, it was infinite sympathy for him. After all, what a despair it is to see the entire family about to collapse, but I am powerless to change it!
After Zhuge Jin's death, Zhuge Ke became more and more arrogant and arrogant, and there was no one in sight, and lu xun and Lü Dai repeatedly advised the elders of the dprk, but he took it as the wind in his ears and went farther and farther down the wrong path from then on until his demise.
