"Guanhe Xiao Suotu" is one of the works of Ren Yi who worries about the world and worries about the country, and uses the brush to pin the needle to solve the shortcomings of the times. The figure was completed in the year of Guangxu (1885). On June 9 of that year, China and France signed the Sino-French New Covenant. Ren Yi drew this map in the sixth month of the lunar calendar, also known as "Guanhe Yiwang Xiaosuo", obviously to express his helplessness and pity for the social situation, as well as a strong sense of home and country, so this map can also be regarded as a spiritual portrayal of the sad reality of Chinese society in the 1880s.
