1. EPA1 all-electric digital platform:

EPA1 platform is the first all-electric digital platform created by the deep blue automotive industry, compatible with pure electric, range extender, hydrogen and other multi-power forms, with 95% electric drive efficiency: equipped with iBC digital battery management, digital pre-control management, digital temperature control management, micro-core high-frequency pulse heating technology, with strong charge and discharge performance and high charge and discharge efficiency.

1) NVH intelligent balancing strategy: two-layer software architecture balance algorithm design and fine calibration of all working conditions - engine speed torque control technology, harmonic injection technology (full speed (0-5000), full torque coverage)

2) Low torsional vibration structure design under full working conditions:

A torsional shock absorption structure is added between the range extender and the generator to realize the functions of torque reduction, shock absorption, anti-slip, torque limiting and abnormal torque.

3) Engine non-inductive start strategy: for different working conditions, the output power demand is accurately optimized and controlled, and idle power generation, vehicle driving power generation, and intelligent environmental analysis power generation are realized through dragging, fuel injection, torque coordination, and fast mode switching.

4) Howling frequency conversion active control technology: Accurately control the range extender generator IGBT switching frequency to realize the frequency conversion control of the switching frequency, and then affect the engine speed fluctuation. IGBT front motor fixed frequency management control calibration generator switching frequency: 10kHz.

2. Product introduction

In terms of appearance, the overall continuation of the family design of the navy SL03, the front face of the three models of range extension, pure electric and hydrogen electric are designed with a closed grille, split headlights with LED light language interactive kit, composed of 696 LEDs, in addition to displaying several patterns preset by the system, you can paint through the central control screen, save and form graphics, and enhance personalization and playability.

The side adopts a through-waistline design, and the hidden door handles are combined with frameless doors, which cater to the mainstream design of new energy vehicles. The wheels are equipped with five-spoke contrast hubs matched with bright-colored caliper covers. The rear of the car also continues the family design, with through-the-tail lights and black lower surrounds, and the extended range version hides the exhaust port under the car.

The interior design is very simple, the navy S7 is not equipped with a dashboard screen, but uses AR-HUD instead, focusing the front vision of the main driver to the top, with an imaging visual distance of 7.5 meters + 53 inches equivalent imaging effect, can 2D display vehicle speed, mileage, indicator lights and other static information, 3D display AR navigation arrows, real-time intersection guidance and other dynamic information, and for different times and weather can achieve adaptive brightness adjustment, the maximum brightness can reach 15900 nits.

Almost no physical buttons can be seen in the car, air conditioning control, vehicle control, entertainment control are integrated in the 15.6-inch central control screen, the screen supports left and right 15° stepless rotation, can automatically perform deflection movement with the scene, and the outside door automatically turns to the direction of the door opening. In terms of hardware, it is equipped with Qualcomm 8155 chip. In addition, the car is equipped with an intelligent voice assistant, which supports four-zone lock, 30-second continuous dialogue, and custom wake-up and response.
