TSMC is rapidly advancing recruitment at its Arizona plant, but the early employee evaluation and residential experience may be prohibitive for many.

IT House previously reported that TSMC has 65,000 employees worldwide, and so far the company has recruited nearly 2,000 employees for its Arizona plant, including 600 engineers.

TSMC said it plans to hire 4,500 people for two Arizona fabs and that it will grow to 42,000 jobs by 2030.
