On June 8th, "Nepal Gong Artist Mangal Man Maharjan China Tour Suzhou Station and the 2nd Natural Sound Forum" was successfully held at Suzhou True Color Art Museum. Compared with the first one, the biggest highlight of this year's Natural Sound Forum is that it raises the forum to the level of cultural and artistic exchanges between China and Nepal, and this exchange will drive the development of domestic natural sound healing.
Guided by Suzhou Cultural Tourism Industry Association and Suzhou Percussion Association, and co-hosted by Chongqing Sine Culture Media and Suzhou Vanden Sound Therapy Space, the Natural Sound Forum invited Nepal's national treasure Gong Master (Chinese Mangal) Mangal Man Maharjan and national natural sound artists to jointly create a full range of gongs, bowls, chanting, hand saucers, shakuhachi, dicgiridu pipes and other sound therapy performances.
Mangal Man Maharjan is a versatile artist from Nepal who is recognized as a national treasure of Nepal. Known for its expertise in Causeway-Song Bowl healing, classical dance and international theatre performances. From 1989 to 2007, Mangal Man Maharjan worked as a Charva dancer and international theatre artist at Hotel Vajra and Studio7. In 1991, he entered the field of song bowl and gong; In 2010, he began to become a sound therapist, practicing Himalayan sound therapy; Pioneering the Causeway Healing, students have spread across the globe in 22 years of teaching. Maharian has traveled to more than 10 countries to showcase his talent, wealth of experience and achievements.

This time, Maharjan brought his whole range of gong art to Suzhou, and through the performance of healing music, gong, song bowl, etc., it has well promoted the cultural and artistic exchanges between China and Nepal in the field of gong and bowl, and enhanced the friendship between the two countries.
Maharjan briefly introduced the origin and development of the Causeway Bowl, at present, the Causeway Bowl is very popular in Nepal, at present, people live under pressure, insomnia is often accompanied, through the natural sound of the Gong Bowl can play a strong healing effect. He believes that the sound of the gong bowl is the sound of the universe, which can cleanse the heart, cleanse the soul, and bring healing to everyone.
