Ms. Guo Hua is a well-known oil painter born and raised in Henan, who has too many memories of the years in Zhongzhou, and the mountains and rivers, grasses and trees of her hometown are deeply integrated into her artistic life.
Located in the west of Henan Province, Songshan is an important birthplace of Chinese civilization, with a total area of about 450 square kilometers, composed of Taimuro Mountain and Shaomu Mountain, a total of 72 peaks, located in the northwest of Dengfeng City, adjacent to the ancient capital Luoyang in the west, and Zhengzhou in the east, belonging to the Funiu Mountain system, which is the middle of the Five Mountains, and is a place where painters often sketch.
Some of Guo Hua's sketches in Songshan shown in this issue bring us no longer just visual infection, but also give people a poetic aftertaste, with Zen in simplicity, dreams in freshness, expressing the persistent love of life, expressing the unremitting pursuit of oil painting art, and also vigorously promoting and advocating the environmental protection concept of the new era of "green water and green mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains".
