Zhu Wei, a native of Shimen, Hunan Province, was born in September 1968, and after graduating from xiangtan University in 1991 with a major in political economy, he entered the School of Economics of Jinan University to study political economy with a master's degree.

Zhu Wei has been working in the enterprise for a long time, working in Guangdong Yueke Venture Capital Group for 11 years, and in May 2011, he was appointed as the vice chairman, general manager and deputy secretary of the party committee of Southern Film and Television Media Holdings Co., Ltd.
