Douglas unveils The Smokehouse Edition Fèis Ìle 2023 blended whisky, which is mainly aged in Red Wine Casks (red wine barrels) from Caol Ila, Ardbeg, Bowmore and Port Ellen, with an alcohol content of 48% and an official website price of £54.17.
Official Tasting Notes:
Aroma: Peat smoky and faint dry fruity.
Palate: Rich peat, sweet and sweet with aromas of dried cherries, dark fruits and bacon.
Aftertaste: Long, with plenty of peaty notes and a pleasant sweetness
