#Challenge 30 days to write a diary in the headlines #Today, it's the shift time after May Day, today Saturday, but I still have to go to work.

I wrote a diary today, and because I was working normally today, I wrote work-related content.

Today, there are not many tasks, so I will observe the condition of the duck's foot trees that were replanted last month.

Duck foot wood is in the south and is generally planted as hedges. What I'm talking about this time is that we plant duck foot wooden bag seedlings into the soil and then use artificial water management.

First, plant duck foot wood

Duckfoot wood prefers to grow in a ventilated, loose environment. Duck foot wood, the leaves are oblong or oval, a leaf generally has 5-6 small leaves, the leaf surface is shiny, the leaf surface has a greasy feeling, and the soles of the duck's feet are similar, so the south is called duck foot wood.

Duckfoot wood is a common hedge plant, commonly found in parks, roads, duckfoot wood planting is relatively simple, the soil requirements are not very strict.

Second, duck foot wood cultivation management

Duck foot wood is generally propagated by cuttings, and in the south, cuttings propagation generally begins after November. Duckfoot wood prefers a ventilated, loose environment, is drought tolerant, and should grow in flat, well-drained places. In suitable planting areas, seedlings can be planted directly in bags, or annual shoots can be used for cuttings.

The method of annual shoot cuttings is to cut off about 30cm of duck foot tree branches, so that the cuttings are adapted to the planting environment, and then the root water is drizzled, and the method of reasonably maintaining and growing in the target planting area.

The cultivation requirements of duck foot wood are relatively simple, but if the soil is fertile, soft and well-drained, it will grow better. If the soil is too hard, it is easy to make the roots not easy to develop, affecting growth; If the soil has too much moisture, it is easy to flood the roots and affect growth.

Third, duck foot wood can be relatively less pests and diseases.

The advantage of duck foot wood, planted in the south, is that there is less pest control, more relaxed management, and generally fewer diseases. Duckfoot wood diseases include rust, blight, brown spot and so on. To prevent and control duckfoot wood diseases, we must adhere to the principle of "defense, cleaning and prevention", and achieve "early prevention, early treatment, and early resolution".
