If people eat raw or eat uncooked snail meat, they may be infected with Guangzhou tube roundworm. The once frightening "Fushou snail epidemic" was caused by the consumption of Fushou snail infected with Guangzhou tube strongiae.

Symptoms : Once infected with The American Tube Nematode, it will travel through the human body and burrow into the brain. Mild clinical symptoms are headache, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, and severe shock, mania and even death.

Frogs - Schizothorax mannii

Present in frogs, snakes, chickens or pigs there may be Schizophrenia mansonii (that is, larvae).
