Two news updates to Diablo 4, one is that Expert Mode will cover the PVP field.
Adam Fletcher, director of global community development at Blizzard, recently tweeted that the death of PVP (player-to-player) in Expert mode will make you completely lose your Diablo 4 character.
Expert mode, also known as hardcore mode, one life mode, the character cannot be revived after death, and this gameplay usually only involves the PVE (confrontation between the player and the monster) field. Two years ago, in an official interview with content creator MrLlamaSC, it was said that PVP activities in Expert mode would not lead to the permanent death of the character, but they would listen to feedback from players.
Now, Blizzard has made changes, and the expert mode covering PVP gameplay has become a symbol of the MMO space.
Of course, players don't have to worry too much, not many people play expert mode first, you can only play non-experts. However, the game did not design the open-world PVP area, which avoided malicious PK to the greatest extent.
The second message is that Blizzard has modified the layout of many dungeons to make them more entertaining.
Community players complain that the dungeon is not changed enough, and the map is mostly a line, which is easy to bor. So Blizzard modified some of the maps to increase diversity. In addition, in response to the problem of wide and rare monsters, the official adjusted the monster mechanism, and some stragglers will now take the initiative to run out to chase you, reducing the player's waste of time looking for monsters everywhere.
