People have chest, nose, mouth, head cavity, they are the speakers of the human body. If you don't use one place, your voice will be lost.

Block your nostrils, pinch your nose,

So how do you get sound into your nose?

5. How to protect my throat?
Generally speaking, to protect the throat, you should eat less spicy and other stimulating foods, but I feel that this is not the most critical, I am a person who is not spicy, but when the throat has a problem, you must avoid spicy. In addition, a small amount of alcohol will not affect the throat.
The most important thing to protect the throat is to use scientific sound, do not catch a cold and cough, do not smoke, if it is an announcer or host, etc., talk less or even do not speak after work, have a good sleep.
