The inspection team successively went to the Xinzhuang Coal Mine of Qingyang Xinzhuang Coal Industry Co., Ltd., the Ningxian Sewage Treatment Plant, the Ningxian hesheng Temporary Sewage Treatment Station to conduct a comprehensive inspection of the rectification of the environmental problems involved in the ecological warning film of the Yellow River Basin in Ningxian Province by means of on-site inspection, listening to reports and consulting materials.
The supervision team believes that the Ning County Party Committee and the county government attach great importance to the problems disclosed by the ecological warning film of the Yellow River Basin of the national province, formulate and issue the rectification plan with clear tasks, specific requirements, and effective measures, and the rectification and reform work is carried out in an orderly manner, and has achieved phased results, and fully affirms the rectification and reform work of the ecological and environmental problems in Ning County.
Wu Xudong demanded that the landfill treatment of the temporary gangue field of the Xinzhuang Coal Mine of Qingyang Coal Industry Co., Ltd. should be strictly implemented in accordance with the rectification plan, the slope of the overmolded slope should be adjusted, and the slope should be reinforced in a grid format and green planted in time to prevent rainwater from being washed away. Wu Xudong stressed that the Ningxian sewage treatment plant should fully operate the sewage facilities, strictly handle the procedures, pay close attention to the treatment indicators, do the sewage treatment work in detail, improve the working mechanism, and ensure the efficient operation of the treatment facilities and the stable water quality.
Wu Xudong demanded that the Ningxian Hesheng sewage treatment station should seize the construction period, speed up the progress of the bidding and transformation project, and complete and put it into use on schedule. At present, the sewage treatment work must not be relaxed, and the sewage generated in the neighborhood should be fully collected and treated to ensure that it meets the standards. The government of Hesheng Town should implement the block rain and sewage diversion project as soon as possible in accordance with the feasibility study report of the block rain and sewage diversion, so as to lay the foundation for the effective operation of sewage treatment.
