(China Minglian Liu Baolu, Guo Zikun, Li Tongtongxun) On the occasion of the in-depth cooperation in the China-South Korea Cultural Exchange Year, China-South Korea art exchanges have reached a new level. On July 24, 2021, at the Cultural Institute of the Korean Embassy, Mr. Kim Chenkun, Cultural Counsellor of the Korean Embassy and President of the Korean Academy of Culture, spoke highly of the works of Liu Zhenyu, a famous artist signed by the China-Ming-United People's Union, saying that art is a natural link connecting the friendly relations between nations and nationalities, Chinese culture has a long history, and the traditions of China and South Korea are similar and the cultural context is connected. Although I am far away from my hometown in Beijing, when I see China's outstanding art, I really feel at home, a confidant in the sea, and the end of the world is like a neighbor.

Liu Zhenyu, a famous artist of China Minglian, expressed his gratitude to President Jin Chenkun for his dedication to building a bridge of non-governmental cultural exchanges between China and South Korea and safeguarding the friendship between China and South Korea. In the course of the exchange, Liu Zhenyu vividly explained to President Jin Chenkun the beautiful meaning and rich cultural connotation of the work. His works were selected by the Korea Cultural Institute as a national ceremony collection.
At the end of the event, the two sides jointly proposed to support the Sino-Ming Joint Artists Art Alliance to hold solo exhibition cultural exchange activities at the Korean Cultural Institute in China for a long time.
Artist Liu Zhenyu: Zi Yizhi, graduated from university. Born in 1965 in Cangzhou, Hebei Province, he was influenced by his father's pen and ink since childhood, and he wrote and studied books at the age of five, and he developed a strong interest in learning Chinese characters as a teenager. In the past fifty years, pen cultivation has been unremitting, traveling all over the country, visiting famous teachers throughout the country, carefully studying calligraphy, visiting ancient and modern famous posters, and the five kinds of calligraphy of true, grass, line, subordinate, and seal have all been involved, and can reach a certain artistic standard; unremitting pursuit, continuous exploration, and a distinct spirit of innovation, and gradually formed their own unique artistic style; study the aesthetics of Chinese characters, master the elements of calligraphy, and also practice external kung fu, lay a solid foundation in traditional calligraphy, and also have a certain study of ancient texts, poems, couplets, etc.
In 2002, he graduated from the Calligraphy Training Center of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, and was taught by Shen Peng and Liu Bingsen, and his calligraphy works were praised by the two teachers; in the same year, he and Liu Bingsen conducted a comprehensive discussion and research on the development trend of traditional Chinese calligraphy and how to abandon the wind of the times in Beijing. Once praised by the calligraphy community as a calligraphy all-rounder, he became the most powerful calligrapher today, and the cursive book first learned Liu Gongquan, and later learned the families of Yan Zhenqing, Ouyang Qing, and Chu Suiliang; Xiao Kai had a temporary study of Zhong Xuan, Wang Xizhi, Wen Zhengming, and other character posters; Xingshu first started with Cai Xiang in the Song Dynasty, then approached Mi Fu, and finally traced back to the "Second King" of the Eastern Jin Dynasty; cursive calligraphy was obsessed with the Tang Dynasty Sun Guoting Book; Lishu was deeply rooted in the essence of famous posts such as Shi Chenbei, Yi Ying Stele, and Cao Quan Stele, and integrated into one; Seal Shu had studied oracle bone, Jin Wen, Qin Dynasty Great Seal and Small Seal. The number of books is wide, from small to micro-letters, to large list books, all of which are proficient, and have been favored and praised by the majority of calligraphy colleagues and collectors. It can be described as: "A brush is scribbled by hand, the real grass is unworldly, the diligent cultivation has been working hard for decades, and it is well-known at home and abroad."
