Zheng Zhijun noted that in May last year, the State Office of the CPC Central Committee issued the "Regulations on the Construction of a Rule of Law Government and the Implementation of Responsibilities for supervision work".

The provisions make it clear that the Central Office for Governing the Country in Accordance with the Law organizes and carries out supervision of the construction and implementation of the responsibilities of the rule of law government in all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) and all departments of the State Council.
