Before the current matter is conclusive, if Zhang Jike wants to be exempted from compensation, he needs to prove that these negative news related to him are not true, otherwise, he will face both termination and claims from the brand side. "The amount of compensation varies according to the specific terms of the contract signed between different brands and Zhang Jike, but the amount of compensation will generally be very high. At least it is certain that the final compensation amount must be higher than Zhang Jike's total endorsement income.
