前几天,华为任正非的一番报告,让力主华为造车的余大嘴心有不甘,却也无可奈何,在‬华为‬内部‬论坛‬的‬回复‬也被‬删除‬,这或许‬涉及公司内部的路线之争。

从这两款手机开始,华为经受住了市场的检验,向消费者交出了合格的答卷‬,余承东彻底在华为内部站稳了脚跟,任总对其进一步放权,余大嘴说要做到世界前三甚至第一第二,任正非不止一次批评他要低调,不要盲目,结果没几年华为就打败了三星,更早早的从中华酷联中脱颖而出,那三位甚至都看不到华为的车尾灯,余大嘴这个人绝对不是放空炮, His stubbornness and persistence were basically verified later, which was certainly not the result of his words, but a comprehensive judgment of a person's confidence in the company's internal technology and team, which supported his decision.

很多公司内部一直有路线之争,华为这么大体量‬的公司更不可能例外,在研发预算不增长的情况下,你的部门预算‬多占了10个百分比,其他部门势必就少10个百分比,另外任正非这一次对余承多的间接否定,不知道是否对国内自主品牌新能源汽车过多的担忧,如果做自主品牌电车,那么就相当于当年的砍掉运营商贴牌手机业务,去做华为自主品牌。

或许‬在活下去的信念的支撑下,任正非‬不得不多次在公开场合声明和强调华为不造车,毕竟没有哪个汽车厂商可以心大到在核心的车机系统使用竞争对手的方案,而华为如果只做汽车服务商,那么众多车企,就可以安心的拿来主义,节省掉大量的研发成本和时间,这是双赢,而不是美国说的‬“双赢就是中国赢两次”。

基于上述因素,活下去门派在内部占了上风,但是如果余承多接下来‬几年‬一直坚持在华为,而没有失势的话,五年后华为还是要做自主品牌的,这里的诱惑太大了,华为有核心技术,又有品牌,特斯拉、比亚迪、小李蔚、小米、苹果都进入了这样一个竞争激烈的赛道,而华为没有理由缺席,只是需要再来一次壮士断腕的决心和勇气。
