From Xi'an, the second station of the Xicheng high-speed railway - Yangxian West Railway Station, this is my beautiful hometown - "the land of crested ibis".
It is known as the "small Jiangnan of the northwest" and is also the birthplace of Han culture. Here the mountains and waters are beautiful, the birds are singing, and the people are industrious and simple. The beautiful environment is an ideal place for tourism, vacation and leisure.
Yang County, the pearl of Hanshui, this small county town located in the southern foothills of the Qinling Mountains, nourishes the spirit of Han Water, absorbs the essence of the Qinling Mountains, and nourishes more than 43 million hardworking children of the Ibis Country!
Although Yangxian is not big, it can be described as prestigious! The world's only rare bird, the crested ibis, thrives here. The state has set up the "Crested Ibis Nature Reserve" and a breeding ground for the crested ibis here, which has allowed the extinct crested ibis to breed from the initial 11 to more than 200 now. There are also 10,000 acres of peony and pear blossoms in the territory, and a sea of 10,000 acres of rape flowers. Every year in March and April, golden rape flowers, snow-white pear blossoms, and red and white peony flowers are woven into a beautiful wonderland on earth. There is also the intoxicating fragrance of flowers, attracting tourists from all over the country to check in! In the south center of the county seat, there is a Kaiyuan Pagoda more than 1,000 years ago, which is said to have been built during the first century of the Tang Dynasty, and it is still majestic after the baptism of wind and rain! Walking more than 10 kilometers east from the county seat, you can see an ancient and mysterious tomb - Cai Lun's tomb. Yes, this is the graveyard of Cai Lun, the inventor of papermaking who made great contributions to mankind! The state restored Cai Lun's papermaking technique in the Cai Lun cemetery for tourists to see!
To the south of the county seat is the rolling Han River, which is also a place for crested ibises to roost and play. Every morning and evening, you can see flocks of crested ibises drinking water and playing here, which is not spectacular! To the north of the county is the Xicheng high-speed railway like a dragon, which rushes through the city for thousands of miles!
